TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR GIFT VOUCHERS OFFERED IN CONJUNCTION WITH LINCOLN CITY FOOTBALL CLUB

1.  Gift Vouchers can only be used in accordance with the offer specifically stated on

     the voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be used to discharge indebtedness to

     Chattertons Solicitors for any disbursements or for the purchase of any financial

     Product or service.

2.  All Gift Vouchers are valid until 31 December 2008.

3.  Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for a cash value. Gift Vouchers which are

     defaced will not be accepted.

4. The 10% off a residential conveyancing transaction fee over £350.00 means   

     £350.00 exclusive of VAT and disbursements.

5.  The 10% off a Lasting Power of Attorney fee is calculated as follows. Instructions        

      must be received for both Property and Affairs and Personnel Welfare at the

      same time. The 10% discount will be deducted from the Personnel Welfare fee

      exclusive of VAT.

6.  Chattertons Solicitors reserves the right to alter the above terms and conditions

     with reasonable notice.

7.  A person who is not party to this agreement will not acquire any rights under the

     Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce or take the benefit of any

     Of these terms and conditions.

8.  This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws

     of England.
